charming and helpful!
friendly staff available transport punctual transport
the staff was always friendly and accommodating. public transport was readily available, easy to use, and punctual, i loved the frank zappa photo in the lobby. free wine hour each evening was amazing, and so nice for relaxation at the end of the day.
the room size was quite small, measuring only 10 square meters.

The reception area has a calming atmosphere where people can read books. Board games are also available. The staff were cute and helpful.. I appreciated the option to rent bikes directly from the hotel, a convenient feature for exploring. The hotel's proximity to the main train station made travel easy.
The soundproofing was not ideal, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of drinks in the lobby.
The room was not what I expected. It was quite small. There was no space to put anything. The mattress was very uncomfortable and deformed.

i found the hotel's location great for accessing attractions. nearby restaurants made dining easy and the meatpacking district was very close. the complimentary wine hour was a nice touch. i especially liked the friendly and helpful staff.
the room lacked tea and coffee facilities, needing purchases from reception after the complimentary supply ended.
